Pricing
We make every effort to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but mistakes may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Interim markdowns may have occurred, and the original price may not have resulted in actual sales.
Shipping
We ship to billing addresses only. A signature is required upon delivery. Alternate shipping arrangements can be made by contacting our customer service team.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as a signature is required upon receipt.
Return Policy
We are confident you’ll love your purchase from Best Midwest Watches. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return your item for a refund.
No Hassle Returns
Customers have a 10-calendar-day inspection period beginning from the date the carrier records a delivery signature.
To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling (347) 226-1855.
All return shipments must clearly display the RMA number on the box and shipping label. Items returned without an RMA number may be refused.
Returns must be shipped via insured, traceable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Best Midwest Watches is not liable for lost or damaged packages in transit.
Returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, documentation, accessories, and tags. Any signs of wear, sizing, or part removal will result in denial of the return or a partial refund.
Refunds
All watches are guaranteed authentic. If you question the authenticity, a certified letter from an authorized dealer or manufacturer service center is required for a refund.
Credit card purchases are subject to a 3% restocking fee. Purchases made by cash or wire transfer are exempt.
If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost ($40 for domestic orders) will be deducted from the refund.
Returns that do not meet our criteria or lack original materials (boxes, papers, warranties) are not eligible for refunds.
Restocking fees may be waived for approved store exchanges.
Free Shipping
Best Midwest Watches is pleased to offer fully insured, second-day air shipping free of charge on all U.S. orders. Orders are carefully inspected, securely packed, and shipped via UPS.
