We understand that buying a luxury item sight-unseen can be daunting. Whether you’re purchasing a watch for yourself or as a gift, we know that seeing it online is different from experiencing it on your wrist. It’s our goal that you’ll love your new watch—but we also understand that returns are sometimes unavoidable. That’s why we make the process as easy and secure as possible.


Return Merchandise Authorizations

Returning a watch is simple. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Contact Best Midwest Watches within seven (7) days from the date of shipment to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Once we’ve issued your RMA, Best Midwest Watches will email you pre-paid, fully insured shipping labels. Please follow all provided instructions carefully to ensure the package returns safely to our facility.
  3. The item(s) must be received at our facility within fourteen (14) days from the original shipment date.
    • All returns must be shipped in both an inner and outer box.
    • The return must include not only the timepiece but also the included watch roll, and any documents, instruments, links, straps, buckles, tags, protective stickers, boxes, authentication papers, manuals, or accessories originally included in the package.
    • You may re-use the original Best Midwest Watches box as the inner box.
    • If the original box is no longer available, please use a new, unused box for both inner and outer packaging to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  4. Once the item and all included accessories are received at our facility, please allow up to ten (10) business days for your refund to be processed.

Provided that you’ve met the above requirements and the timepiece has not been tampered with, we’ll refund your payment in full.


Returns for Clients Outside the U.S. and Canada

  • Canadian buyers are covered under the same return policy as U.S. customers.
  • For customers outside of the U.S. and Canada, please contact Info@BestMidwestWatches.com for assistance with international return arrangements.

Defective Merchandise Authorizations

How do I send my timepiece to Best Midwest Watches for warranty service and receive it back?

  1. Contact Best Midwest Watches within the one-year warranty period to request a Defective Merchandise Authorization (DMA) number.

  2. Once we’ve issued the DMA, Best Midwest Watches will email you pre-paid, fully insured shipping labels. Please follow the provided instructions to ensure the timepiece is returned safely to our facility.
  3. The item must be received at our facility within fourteen (14) days from the issue date of the return labels.
    • The timepiece must be packaged in both an inner and outer box.
    • Please only include the timepiece inside your watch roll (if you have it), and place the watch roll inside the inner box.
    • Do not include documents, instruments, links, straps, buckles, tags, protective stickers, boxes, authentication papers, manuals, or accessories with the watch. These items may not be returned to you after service completion.
    • The outer packaging must be new and unused to protect the item during shipping.
  4. Once your timepiece has arrived, please allow 4–6 weeks for the warranty repair to be completed.

Canadian buyers will have the same warranty repair policy as domestic buyers.
